This week is a use up what I've got in the pantry week....
- Monday: Garlic Lime Chicken with a side of Mac & Cheese and salad (note to self: need salad)
- Tuesday: Pepperoni Cheese Ravioli (note to self: need 8oz can tomato sauce)
- Wednesday: sandwiches or eat out (church night)
- Thursday: Slow Cooker Enchiladas (note to self: this time try beef and need the beef, cream soups, & mexican cheese)
- Friday: Crock Pot Ranch Chicken with a side of frozen corn (note to self: need cream soups)
Saturday will be the flex day again...if we end up not eating one of the weekday meals, Saturday will pick it up.
So. Now I'm off to get these few items to go with what I have for this week's dinners, along with the staples of milk and bread, and then to pick up the K-man and get tonight's supper started. Later, mater!
I feel the need to have the recipe to Garlic Lime chicken. I told my hubby that's what you were making and he said it sounded good :) Is it one you share?
